The Group Hospitality is the controller of your data under this Privacy Notice of the group of restaurants in the U.S. (the "Venues"). As a part of our operations, we gather certain types of information from and about online visitors and users through various websites.

This Privacy Notice explains our practices concerning the personal data we collect and process. It applies to information collected from and about visitors and users ("you") through various websites operated by us (either directly or through our service providers), their respective web pages, sub-domains, and any other websites (and subdomains thereof) that we operate and that link to this Privacy Notice (collectively, the "Website"). This Privacy Notice also applies to information collected from or about you through email and other electronic submissions and communications between you and us, as well as to information collected at our Venues (collectively, our "Services").

This Privacy Notice does not apply to information collected by any other company or third-party site, application, or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from the Website, nor directly through certain of our service providers or partners, such as OpenTable, who may have their policies that govern their use of your data; to the extent your data is transferred to us, depending on the purpose and basis on which it was transferred, it will be subject to this Privacy Notice or the privacy terms of such service provider or partner. Certain transactions and services offered while using the Services may be processed or provided by service providers and other strategic partners, even though it appears that you may not have left the Website or our Services (e.g., service providers that book reservations, carry out know-yourcustomer functions, or provide payment processing or hosting services).

INFORMATION OBTAINED FROM THIRD PARTIES

We receive personal data from third parties that book stays or order services on your behalf (such as web applications and intermediaries), from properties where you book stays, from third parties that provide services to us or you on our behalf, as well as from third parties that provide web analytics and usage information to us.

In addition, if you choose to interact with us on social media platforms by posting to our social media accounts or pages, tagging us (or using certain hashtags or other identifiers) in posts, or participating in activities, we may collect certain information from the social media account you use to interact with us depending on the social media platform and your account settings, including the name associated with the account, the account handle, recent activity, the content of any posts in which we are tagged, and other information that may be contained on your social media profile to allow us to respond to the posts and understand and engage with our audience.

For this Privacy Notice, "partners" means licensors, franchisees, vendors, service providers, and other third parties with which we have a business relationship.

YOUR CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS  

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits residents of the State of California to request from certain businesses with whom the California resident has an established business relationship a list of all third parties to which the business, during the immediately preceding calendar year, has disclosed certain personal data for direct marketing purposes.

We are only required to respond to a customer request once during any calendar year per person. To make such a request, you should send a contact request with the subject heading "California Privacy Rights." In your request, please attest to the fact that you are a California resident and provide a current California address for our response. Requests are free of charge.

Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the California privacy rights requirements and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response. We reserve our right not to respond to requests submitted to addresses other than the addresses specified in this paragraph.

YOUR CHOICES

HOW WE RESPOND TO DO NOT TRACK SIGNALS 

Some web browsers may give you the ability to enable a "do not track" setting which is an HTTP header field indicating your preferences regarding tracking or cross-site user tracking. This is different from disabling certain forms of tracking by declining cookies in your browser settings, as browsers with the "do not track" setting enabled could still accept cookies.

The Website does not recognize web browser "do not track" signals currently. We may work with third parties that use tracking technologies on the Website, including serving tailored advertisements on our behalf and behalf of other advertisers across the Internet.
